Homework Expectations

Homework Expectations
At Rotokauri School, homework is seen as a way to reinforce learning, build good study habits, and encourage whānau involvement in each child’s education. Our expectations are age-appropriate and designed to support, not overwhelm, students.
Homework may include reading, basic facts practice, or completing tasks related to classroom learning.
We encourage open communication between home and school to ensure homework remains a positive and purposeful experience for all learners.
Please feel free to meet with your child's teach to learn more about the homework expectations set for each classroom
